Gift voucher terms of use

  1. This gift voucher confirms advance payment and entitles its holder to use it, in accordance with these rules, to pay for any service provided at:
    • family and dental clinics, as well as mental health clinics (formerly “InMedica” clinics, “InMedica” Dental Centers, and “InMedica” Mental Health Centers),
    • general and rehabilitation clinics (formerly “Kardiolitos klinikos” and “Pušyno klinika”),
    • a specialized dental clinic (formerly “Panevėžio odontologai”), except for specialized dental clinics (formerly VIC clinics in Vilnius and Kaunas).
  2. The gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  3. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be returned to the seller.
  4. One gift voucher cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
  5. If the service price exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of settlement.
  6. If the service price is lower, the remaining balance can be used until the voucher’s expiration date at the clinics listed above.
  7. The clinic administration reserves the right to change the voucher usage rules and undertakes to inform in advance on the website http://meliva.lt.
